I just don't understand why a moderator or administrator just doesn't delete those long threads. They can split the old one (a million times), archive it, then start a new one. Any thread longer than 25 pages should be closed. But then, that may just be too logical.

I know you're not new here! Logic is NOT a prerequisite to posting on the internet.

I am honored

Brabus: I just checked msn.com . If Microsoft is ever down, might as well consider it the end of the world as we know it.

The downtime was due to sporatic DNS issues at the ISP where the domain was not being resolved. The site was accessible, but only by IP address, which essentially makes it unaccessible. The problem should be "resolved" now.

It was down for me again today for almost six hours. I could sometimes get through but I was getting messages like I had been banned.
