R-Class Sighting from NYC!!! Pics inside!
I was in NYC today for a day trip and while walking around Times Square, I see this MB which does not look familiar. At first, I thought it was the new ML but upon getting closer, it was a R350 with NJ DTM plates!! It was stickered with "Tide" logos...guess it was for a new product promotion they were doing across the street from where the R-Class was parked.
Took a few snap shots for you guys

Thanks for the pic's. What is a DTM plate? Is that a manufacturer use plate?
Looking good...I see it has the interior package with the wood wheel. Also, it appears to have the 17" wheels. Black sure looks good but not for me...too lazy (or old) to keep it looking like new.
Mine is scheduled for build in first decade of September...:-)

DTM has nothing to do with manufacturer plates. DTM means and only means Deutschen Tourenwagen Masters.... These are NJ manufacturer's plates, which means that the car belongs to MBUSA.

Excellent pictures. Wife loves the car so I will be replacing the Honda with this beauty. Im thinking of an R500 though since that extra power and torque would be appreciated in a car this big.

i'm looking forward to having kids....but i never really saw myself as a minivan mom - this, however...would change my mind. i don't think it can really qualify as a minivan really - it's sporty and sweet
