R-Class Thoughts

So im thinking of getting an R-Class. I would like to know if you own it and what made you buy is and what complaints you have about it. If you seriously considered it but was turned off by it i would also like to hear from you. Thanks ya'll

You might want to read through the old threads for an assortment of comments by me and others on the R as it came to market. I cancelled an order not at all related to the car but for personal matters. I test drove it and was impressed with the ride and fit/finish quality. Had I not been seduced by sitting in an S430, I would probably be driving an R500. It just seemed that the S sedan was more suited to my needs at this time.

Take a test drive and then ask some specific questions on your concerns and I am sure you will get some response from the few who have taken delivery.
