I saw the R500 on the road, and it looks pretty nice. However, I feel that it looks goofy from some perspective and the front is ok. The interior was cheap looking but not too much. I beleive that the R500 is not worth the money, however thats my personal opinion. But its great for those who want to stray away from those old minivans. For me, the Audi Q7 will do the trick since it looks more potent, better quality interior since I sat in one in Frankfurt, and a better style. The R class is not something I expect from a prestige luxury maker Mercedes Benz. God hope that Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, and BMW would never follow it. Sorry.

 

Lexus and BMW are two years away from their versions of these luxovanwagons . In the lower price segment, Toyota's is actually nicer looking than the R , from the spy pics I've seen .
