As for the ride, I see you have the Sumitomo tires. I am upgrading to 22s on my Audi Q7 with same size tires. The tire can make quite a bit of difference in ride quality. I am going with Hankook Ventus RH06. Great feedback on 1010tires.com about these. Will let you know how they work out when I get them on in about a week or two.

As for why a Q7 owner is lurking here. Wife really wants the R to replace the Odyssey. In fact, if the R had 7 seats in June when I bought the Q, there would be an R in the garage today.
