Nosey about my dealer loaner
I have the use of an R350 while my new 2007 E350 is in the shop for the fourth time within its first month. (A very long story.)
With no owner’s manual, I did figure out how to fold all of the seats down in the R350 and use the unique column shifter. One question remains however. Can someone tell me where the drive unit with the Navigation DVD is located? Either there is no disk installed or it is not functioning or maybe dirty. I have looked in the usually places to no avail.

Just push the eject button below nav/command unit and the whole face plate opens. Good luck on the E. I had my share of headach with mine. I never thought I'd get back to MB so soon but we do love our R500.

Ahh Thank you for the information on the Eject button. I never thought of pressing it. I now see where I can load my CD as well. I hope it accepts MP3s. As for the nav disk, as suspected it has finger prints all over it and a large scratch.
