Beat it NEWB! Your first post and you trash his taste in vehicles. Not a good way to start out here.

I think it looks great. Well done.

Looks great. what size tires and what brand are on them? Also, did you lower the suspension at all?

Toyo Proexes Tires: 265/45/20.

Lowered about 2" by D2Technik in Alhambra, CA. They also smoked the tails.
These guys are very picky about how their cars roll and did another fine job with this one.

Thanks for the positive feedback and as for the one dislike...oh well.

it's funny, I really don't like the way any of the new Mercedes' look...except the R. I guess I just like different and most of the other new Benzes look very Honda/Acura derived. Glad to see someone with the ***** to get and mod an R class - it looks great. :0)

How's the ride now compared to stock height/wheels? Also, do you have the airmatic or springs? And it kinda looks like the rear isn't sitting even in one of the pics? Maybe just the camera angle.

Either way, looks great. I'll be lowering mine soon.

I have Airmatic and the ride feels very similar to stock when in Sport Suspension mode.

The height is the same on rear, just the way I took the pic.

Thanks.

Love the Mandrus wheels- I think i'm going to pick up a set of 20's based on the way they look on your car. Very sharp and classy and still keep the strong Mercedes feel.

What funeral home uses this? Is this US? It's hard to read the parlor name on the rear window but I've seen this in the UK.

R500 Saks 5th ave.
What size tire did you go with and what brand ? So its 35mm for both front and rear ? doesn't the offset depend on the type of wheel you get ? How is the ride on 20's, cant decide if I want 19's or 20's. Very nice R !
