Found a R320 CDI in California

It's a 2008 model with 970 miles. It's pretty loaded with PII and has a rear veiw camera it is listed at $53k and is located in CA, looks like it came from Arizona and it was owned by someone for only 2 months there. Now why would it be sold all the way over here in Cali if it was from Arizona? What do you guys think?

2008 R350 & 2008 C300
The diesel models weren't sold in California, but 53k seems a bit high for a used model, even if it has P2. Although I'm guessing your paying for the fact that you can't buy a new one in California. A two wheel drive (in Cali don't need 4matic) R350 with P2, heated seats, sunroof, seven seat, and ipod runs $52k brand new. A new R320 with the same options runs $55k.

Car needs to have 7500 miles in order for it to be considered for sale in CA.

Remember reading it somewhere, but I didn't really memorise the number.
