OK, this is my specialty since I may have even put yours on lol.
The grab handle piece on the bottom of the liftgate is held in by metal clips. Just take a flathead screwdriver and start from one corner to another. Its easy to break it.

The upper liftgate trim around the sides and top of the lift gate glass:
Take the upper middle piece off first, its held in by metal clips. There will be one screw on each side trim piece thats an allen head, take it out and pop the trim piece off thats also held in by metal clips.

Lower lift gate trim:
Start at the bottom corner and start popping the plastic clips out, early models had white ones that are a PITA and later models have yellow ones that are much easier to deal with. There will be metal clips across the top hold it in as well.

Putting the trim back in is another story.......to bad Im not local to you, I can install it all back in..... in 120 seconds lol.

Its actually easy, just let me know when you need the how to.
