Question Spark Plugs?

My R500 just hits 50K. Anyone has replaced the spark plugs? Wondering is it difficult to do? Thanks.

There are 16.

It's difficult to do.

Replacement is specified at 100K miles, so you're a little early.

DO NOT use anything but OE plugs.

Is not that bad... you can get spark plugs from e-bay, 16 spark plugs set for $100 - $150 Bosh or NGK's you can save $450 - $500 from dealer, price at dealer is about $23 ech. + 3 hours labor, do your search, you will get info how to replace it.

There's nothing more dubious than eBay auto parts, so verify the numbers match those listed in owners manual. If the seller can't get enough of the word "platinum," run away.

What dealer do you go to!!! WOW My dealer sells them for $9.50 which isnt to bad for a dealer.. Ive seen them sold for as low as 7.00 each but then you got to pay s/h and you got to wait. Some of the maint. parts have come down in price.

I would like to see a DIY too. I am able to get to the plugs but I think a special tool is probably needed. Very tight space especially the one at the back.
