What engine do I have

I know it is a V6 but what is the size?

Are there any other Benz models that have the same V6?

Thank you

No such thing as R550.

When R500 was built for USA sales, it used the old 3-valve M113 engine.

If you live in the UK (or I imagine other areas of the world) you can still buy an R500 but it will have the new M273 4-valve engine.

As for the V6 (M272) ALL other Mercedes with V6 have the same 268 hp 3.5 liter engine with following exceptions

SLK300 3.0 l instead of 3.5 (same engine, different bore/stroke)
C300 3.0 l instead of 3.5 (same engine, different bore/stroke)
SLK350 has 300 hp

Yeah my bad, misstype on my part..should read R500..I'll edit it. Also found that the 2007 R320 had 215hp and not 190hp.
