Hey guys I am in the market now for the wife for either a E350 4Matic or the R350 4Matic.

On the R I found one local at a non Benz dealer. It looks to have all options including in headrest DVD's, Nav rear/front parking sensors and Pano Roof. It is a 2007 with 33k on it. So I need to check with Benz and see if it is still under factory warranty or not.

They are asking $28.3 and it says special price. So I am not sure if they will move. When I was looking at these last year for some reason they seemed to be in the low to mid 20's. I am assuming they did not increase in value

So does $28k seem like a good deal or is this more of a $24-25K truck?

With a larger dog I am leaning towards the R so we are not always taking our other larger SUV.

For issues with the R the Pano Roof looks to be a big one?

Any advice on price and anything would be great.
