And it's my second Mercedes. Dealer near Boston was selling it as a Bronze Head Demo. Meaning it was driven by someone at headquarters for up to 2k miles and then they put it up for sale. Or so the salesman told me. I really wanted a GL350 but the ride was quite harsh during the test drive and didn't make anyone in my family happy. So here I am with a 2011 R350 BlueTec.

I wanted to say hi. I used to be on the W210 forum. I currently hang out on the W211 forums for my 2006 E320 CDI, and now I guess I will be here. The R350 is Black on Black with:

• Package 2
• Blind Spot Assist
• Heated Front Seats
• 3 Zone climate
• Panoramic roof
• 7 passenger seating
• Wood/leather steering wheel

I had them treat the interior with Resistal. I was not sure if it was worth it but my wife liked the idea. After they agreed to take my MBCA membership credit, I basically got it free.

So far I find it amazingly smooth to drive and cavernous.

you could, I came in for a service only and decided to talk to the sales rep. anyway to make the long story short they paid up my existing loan with $11k left and $17k for trade in (so $28k total for my car) then instead of paying full price I did the car as a lease for 3 years (@$396/mo.<---cheaper than leasing a honda odyssey) so I could take advantage of the depreciation at the end of the lease. buy out at the end of the lease is $30k negotiable(they don't tell you but you can negotiate the price). if you do the math my $11k laon became a $30K loan 30k-11k I end up paying $19000 for the 2012. I hope that made sense, it was easier to see on a spread sheet.
