So I had the balance shaft replaced with all the timing parts about 3 months ago per the p1280 tsb. Car ran great for about 2 months then I starting hearing a loud rattle for about 10-15sec. But its very intermittent. Its coming from the right cam gear area. I took it back to the shop and they coludn't get it to do it. then the next morning sure as ****, it did it. Anyone have this problem or and ideas???? The dealership is also saying this might not be related to the work they did for the balance shaft.
