Fuse 104 (engine room fuse/relay box) that runs the inlet port shut off motor, pcv and a few other things keeps blowing. Replacing the fuse makes everything work fine for about 3 minutes then it blows. The PCV connector has oil in it and there was oil all over the inlet port motor (motor still seems to work). Is there a reason this fuse blows? thanks, Pat
