![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Hi,
I am planning to purchase the 3rd row OEM all-season floor mat for my 2012 R350. However, I have read in the forum that the mat will NOT fit a R with the 7-seat option. Even the dealership has no idea...
I know WeatherTech is a (good) option. But I would like to stick with OEM if possible. Any one knows if the OEM one will fit?
Thanks a lot.

There are 5 pieces total ( 2 x front seats, 2 x second row seats and 1 x third row seat) I have 7 seaters.
6 or 7 seats do not matter because no center piece for second row. I bought aftermarket floor mat for the middle.

BTW, 3rd row are the same regardless you have 6 or 7 seaters because that is for the (2nd) middle row. (console versus jump seat or center seat)

Good luck getting that third row mat. I inquired about it with my dealer back in May/June (in the US) and they had a hard time with the part number. They said something about it being out of stock/ unorderable. I ended up buying it when I was in Canada as they had it in stock and seemed to be no problem.
Maybe now that it's December it's not a problem but just be prepared if you can't get it from the dealer.
The third row mat is once piece. Here's my part number: BQ 668 0701
Mine is black with the hexagon pattern. Note, I have the second row center console- no 7 seat. But from Asian R350's response it doesn't seem to matter.
Good luck!

Look up on ebay under "keenanmotors4311". That is my local MB dealer who still have mat available.
Front & 2nd row floor mats (4-pcs) =$88 + $12 shipping.
3rd row mat (1-pc) =$42.50 + $12 shipping.

I tried ordering from keenanmotors and they said they can no longer get the mat. Despite telling me that, they never pulled the listing. Go figure.

Sounds like eBay is out, I will try to find other online retailers then.
Btw, from the picture, the middle front part of the 3rd row mat will be shoved under the 2nd row middle seat?

Actually can you do me a favor? Can you take a picture as if you're sitting in the third row seat looking forward at the ground? I want to see what your floor looks like by the center seat of the second row. Since mine has the console, the rubber mat goes forward about 2-3 inches up to where the console is. I simply don't know how the center seat looks like from the back.

Actually the 3rd row mat was designed for 6 seaters. 7th seat was designed after thought by mercedes.
Here are the pics. which center section of 3rd mat has to fold up. No big deal.

Thanks AsianR350! If MB were to redesign the third row mat for a 7 seat R, it would be all straight instead of having that section that juts forwards. But in all honesty, doesn't look like a big deal if you want to retain that OEM look for the floor mats.

No problem. If you do not want the middle section of floor mat sticking up, you can trim it. (I would not want to trim it because the outer edge does not look clean as original.)

This is a link to a short video of my weathertech rubber mats. Fits my 7 seat R-class perfectly. HIghly recommend.
