Windshield washer fluid not working
I have R350 2006 with 50k miles. It is well maintained car. All of a sudden i had 3 issues after i got my last oil change done from local shop.
1. Windshiled wiper fluid does not splash any more.
2. Check engine light (P0015) - R&R CAM timing Solonoid (got fixed for $450).
3. Front low beam light (got replaced for $61 (8.50 bulb + $52.50 labor) - reduculus i should have changed myself...
My question is about windshield wiper fluid not splashing, they did diagnosis (charged $190) and told that i need new R&R FRONT S.A.M Module and it would cost me around $900.
Can someone let me know if i am getting ripped off here ? Any help / suggestions will be appreciated.

I would check hoses and pump motor before instantly jumping on replacing computer modules.
If these are things you can't check yourself then you are going to have to trust a shop to tell you the truth. Not having the car in front of me kind of limits what can be advised.
