Wow. That's are really nice interior color scheme.
Chris - I have to ask; for your seat upholstery - I take it you removed the existing stitching to get the panels out that you replaced with black Alcantara. For sewing it back up, did you sew it yourself? What kind of machine did you use?
I've heard of people using a regular sewing machine with a special leather needle, while others swear you have to use a heavy-duty industrial machine. Curious as to what you did as it looks like you did this all on your own at home?
Thanks...

Nice Chris, big undertaking for sure, did you look at adding the fronts to the second row ? you'd just have to run power, ground, and CAN, and they will come to life, as for the airbag I would leave disconnected as I don't think from the image it has side. if you want to add the armrest, steel tube ran through both sides and notch out the end for the arm rest and add a slit for the retaining pin. once hooked up to power and CAN, motorization will work and you can add the seat heaters. Done it before but for a different application.
Don't know if I like the 2 tone, but you have your taste and I have mine, and I commend you on taking on this project. I'd probably of gone perforated inserts of the same leather and diamond pattern. Also a contrasting stitch color.
The Alcantara you are using, is it cover or panel? looks like the thicker. the thinner panel can stretch like no other. and you can wrap organic shapes flawlessly. I love Alcantara for its replant of stains, been using it since 03... they screwed up the USA import of it by adding a fire retardant to the backing which is stupid because the glue is extremely flammable.
pretty cool though have fun with it.

New taillights arrived. i WILL make this work. Since these misses the reflex maybe something with that can be done in the gap by the bumper.
