06-07 owners ... heated seats class action settlement
hi guys, i received a letter from MBUSA today regarding a class action i didn't even know about so sharing the info for anyone else out there that might be eligible and didn't see the notice etc.

ps. one of the remedies available is a pre-emptive seat heater repair, which i'll be doing once i confirm that the wire bypass does not actually disable the entire heater element!
