Different Rear Calipers - 6 pass vs 7 pass??

I was getting ready to order rear brake pads for my 12 r350 and saw there are actually different pads and calipers depending on your having the 7th seat or not. In fact, there appears to be two different rear rotor sets as well, both 330mm, but one is solid and the other one is vented. And the pad show different part numbers too.

The 7 passenger caliper seems to be used on both the ML & GL, the 6 passenger caliper is only used on the ML. The thing is, they both look like single piston calipers. Anyone aware of the differences between the two?

Caliper
1644235398 6 pass Right Rear
1644232698 6 pass Left Rear

0044204083 7 pass Left Rear
0044203983 7 pass Right Rear

I'm guessing the difference is 7 pass just has a wider caliper bracket to make room for the vented rotor. So If anyone has a caliper replacement in their future, I'm thinking the 7 passenger caliper would be the ones to have...
