Do all R350 Bluetec have 4 corner air suspension or can you have just the rear?

Standard is just the rear.

i would say that non of them have "AirMatic". the 350 Bluetech came out with the 2010 facelift year. Airmatic was no longer available. Rear airbag self leveling is standard. Previous to that year, the diesel was 320CDI to 2008, then 320Bluetech in 2009. 2010 was a half facelift with an interior upgraade only (sound system at least), the body was facelifted in 2011.
