Error Free LED Bulbs for front parking light and interior lights.
Upgrading/updating my 2010 R350 4matic during the stay at home orders. Tried many brands but all either read an error or only one side works. Looking for brand's name or links to LED bulbs for the front parking lights to match headlights and the interior lights.
Thanks!

Hello, I got some led lights for the front city lights on my R500 from AZN Optics they are a forum sponsor. No bulb out errors. I also upgraded the H7 halogen low beams to HID.

Hi, I tried a pair from Morimoto and they worked w/o errors also. Pricey but it works. I swapped the H7 w/ LEDs, but want to upgrade to a better unit in the near future. Did you do a retrofit for your HIDs? If so, what's the maker of the unit. Thanks CDC55AMG.

Hi thunderbenz, the LED H7s are bright but do not throw the light out of the projector lenses like an HID bulb. I used the 55W H7 Morimoto 6500K kit from AZN Optics. To put the H7 adapter rings on the HID bulb bases you have to de-pin all the plugs to slide the adapter rings through the wiring. I found that the wiring of the HID bulb to the grommet that would seal the hole in the headlamp assy cover is barely long enough so on my right side headlamp the grommet does not seal well.
The light output is amazing though and puts out more lumens onto the road than even the new Mercedes or equivalent cars. Waaaay better than the wimpy halogen bulbs.
Right HID vs Halogen H7 on Left

BAM! That's what I want! Some members were raised safety concerns of retrofitting HID (not LED) in a halogen housing. What's your experience / opinion on this? Thanks in advance.

From what I have seen the HID works just fine on the halogen housing, it's really just the same headlamp assy as the factory HID units and it's a Hella so it can handle the heat they are made well. You will not be disappointed! I have always upgraded my factory headlamps and this was one of the better upgraded. It's is brighter than my 06' CLS55 AMG with factory HID headlamps.
