M272 ENGINE NO START, NO CLICK
I have M272 R350 2007, Earlier this year i had a code p00017 and 16, so i decides to rebuild the engine.I rebuild the engine and put it back to the chassis and connecting the The computer, during the initial start, there was no crank., no click. nothing happened. i can hear the starter makes winding noise. on the display i think i saw "Restraints disable". the codes on the diagnosits is the old P00016 AND P00017. DO you know what can be the fault or the problem.
