Need Advice After Engine Rebuilt

Good Day Friends, Look for Opinion, My 20009 R320 CDI, just got an engine job, at 137556KM, It spun a Bearing, After 2.5 Years Owning the car, Its ****, So, now 4 months later, An engine shop rebuilt the engine, now we have no power, Only code we have is P0402 or 14A700, Yesterday I replace the EGR, as the tech told me that would be the problem, it didn't fix the problem, same problem and still same code. I'm asking if anyone has an opinion or ideal what else it would be.
1- The Turbo Actuator is Good, it moves when i start the car
2- The Intake Servo/Motor Flap is good, if i removed the plug and try the car, i get a new code, also when re-plugging the Connector, the Flaps moves

For the engine to Seized Up, we believe that it was the Oil filter cap, the problem, The Oil filter cap didn't have the insert in it,

Thanks

How old is the battery? What exactly did you replace in the EGR system?

The Battery is 18 Months Old, I replace the ERG, Complete Item, Nothing else was replace yet, but the EGR. I was Testing lost of item today, I think that the Mass Air Flow is Defectives, one of them. Will keep trying to work on it this afternoon, thanks

So after a few hours, i found that, one of the Mass Air Flow, Where Defectives. Replace it, now i have power.

But Still have one Big Problem, Hard start, It would crank for 30 sec to 1 min, to start, then stumble for 30 sec if not more. That I'm not sure what's wrong with it.

Thanks

Over last winter (such as we have in FL, hah)
, I had persistent difficulty in starting.

I suspected battery not holding charge, because the displayed voltage would go down so fast with repeated cranking.

But I found out by doing injector leakdown test, that I had 1 bad injector, and another which had black death issue.
Replacing the injectors made it start much better (.5 - 1 second cranking before start).

If yours cranks long and then runs rough at first, it's probably worth looking at fuel system supply and making sure no leaks after the high pressure pump.
(If fuel is leaking out, air is getting in)

Did you do fuel system check like B34chBum suggested?
