How to clean and re-grease the panoramic roof

Im looking to regrease the glass and sunshade tracks as its about that time and Ive never actually done it before.
Wanted to know if there was any thing I needed to beware of when doing it.
I ordered the BMW sunroof lubricant from FCP Euro as I read on this forum that it'll do the job just fine.
I found some writeups and videos online but bcos our glass and shades are so large I fear there maybe special considerations that wouldnt be covered in those materials.
If someone wouldnt mind posting the appropriate section from the MB procedure/manual I'd really appreciate it!

@Plutoe, Thanks for the reply.
I was looking to see if there was anything specific to the R-class since its panorama is different than the regular sunroofs you see on other classes.
Would you happen to know if the service manual has mentions anything out of the ordinary?

Hello, I don't have the Panoramic on my R500 but would still like to grease the sunroof and sunroof and rear shade on my CLS55. Which BMW grease did you select?

Its called BMW Sunroof Lubricant (20 Grams) and I got it from FCP Euro for about $5.
