iCarsoft MB II can't start regen

iCarsoft MB II can't start regen
Again and again I am getting the P24AF error code. I know it's my NOx sensor.
I tried many times to start the DPF regeneration from my iCarsoft MB II scanner, but it always gives me an "application failed" error.
Has anyone successfully done that?

My iCarSoft MBII will not even go to the regeneration screen.
After asking "Car or Van" , I hit Car and it checks then comes up with the correct vin. Then asks "Is this the correct vin.?" I hit "OK' for Yes. It then just ges back to "Car or Van".
Does this over and over.
