Will you just replace the air bag on front air strut?

I just found out there is also just the air bag for sell for the front air strut: https://partsavatar.ca/arnott-air-spring-a2587
For my 2013 R350, it's right on 100kkm now, I purchased new so almost 10 years now. Will you consider just replace the air bag on the front air strut, if it turns out just the bag is leaking?
