Do I need to register a new battery?

https://mbworld.org/forums/r-class-w...y-battery.html

So I bought the new battery from dealer and replaced myself. Some issues like Blind Spot Indicator happened before, and that's why I replaced the old battery. Now these problems are still exits.
Worse thing is the OBDII port still has no power so I can't see anything: https://mbworld.org/forums/r-class-w...-no-power.html

Thanks
Jirong

I mean the new battery works fine without registration, but all the rest issues are still there, on and off, and OBD2 doesn't work so I can't even scan it. May need to take it to dealer.
