Speaker Mounts and Speaker wire adapters?

Speaker Mounts and Speaker wire adapters?
Hi, I'm trying to plan and upgrade to my R Class r320 with new Focal speakers. Please could anyone point me in the direction of the plastic adapters for the speakers and the adapter to just have the positive and negative wire form the speaker plug. I've found things like this

but they are 3 hole not four and not sure is the speaker cable connection is correct.
Im trying to plan the drilling out of the rivets from the speakers in all four doors. then fit Focal to new adapter with New Cross over taking the feed from the original plug for the speak into the input of the cross over.
Any links people can share of what to get would be fantastic.
