R 350
07 Mercedes benz 350 cranks but will not start
I have a mercedes r350 that will not start. The only code is p0118. Issue statted after I changed cam shaft position sensors and cleaned motor.

Why did you change the sensors? Was there a fault or preventative maintenance? How many miles on the car?

P0118 is a Temperature Sensor Code. Any chance you dislodged the connections when cleaning?

See this post which has good information and pictures for the temperature sensor the same engine as your car. Look to the W164 and X164 forums. Many more members than R series that were low volume and they are essentially the same cars.
