Custom R63 Exhaust
Jean, I wanted to ask what you did to your R63 exhaust? It sounds like a beast:
BTW just bought some 65 AMG rep tips. Will install soon.

Dear Nathan,
Here you see some exhaust mod's carefully worked out.
As you can see the original AMG rearsilencer is fake! and only the tips are spliced. Inside the rearmuffler is a straight pipe with some "damping coat".
The idea was to make a real split from the beginning of the muffler to the second tip.
Second idea was to eliminate the front muffler.
As you can see this is also nicely done.
The result is a deep bark when power is requested and no drone at all.
When cruising it's quiet.

That's so cool! Keep the mods coming!
So essentially you have a straight pipe where the front muffler is, and a true dual pipe at the rear muffler.
Did you ever consider adding an x pipe? Is your system now louder than an x pipe?
On the first few pictures, did you delete the catalytic converter? I assume you welded the plate back on.
