Blue motion, if you pick that up, you have got to share photos.

Interestingly enough, there are two other R63s now listed for sale on cars.com. The Capri Blue one looks really good. I think it is remarkable that there are 3 listed at the same time.

Have you come across those other two R63s in your travels before?
Thanks for the update and data points. I didn't see your post before I added mine. Good luck with your G37xS - that is a very nice ride.
I was looking at that r63 which is @ kuni inifniti...can you give me a few details? Looks clean, any service issues or other details coming up that I should have a heads up on? I'm thinking about swapping out my e55 and Q7 for the r63. Thanks!
As for upcoming maintenance, at 60,000 mile service (odometer read 60306), the service report says front brake pads at 7-8mm and rear pads at 4-5mm, and “rear pads are due for maintenance”. When asked about it, they said there would be an indicator on the dash before the rear brake pads reached minimum, and they should have 5000 – 10,000 more miles. I put about 4500 miles on it since then.
In the dealer pics, the sunshade on the 2nd row pano roof looked a little weird (sagging) on the drivers side. any issues with that? What kind of mileage were you actually getting in the r63?

I just had an inspection done on this vehicle at a local ?mB dealer. I live on the east coast. Feel free to PM me on the results. I will be more than willing to share the results since you are buying the car.
Thanks for the comments and color, really appreciate it. I was aware the brakes were in need of attention (partially from this thread) and factored that in to my offer. Also saw the report from the Inf dealer on the work they performed, thanks for your efforts there. We'll see how the new brakes, which do have the sensors, work. Thanks for letting me piggy back off your work, that's good car karma! I'm lucky to have a great technician in Milwaukee so feel ok about it, and I'm expecting there will be a few things given my R500 experience. (Wait til the suspension goes!). I have been searching for over a year, and this appears to be the right one for my wife and us. We've had a hard time finding a model that replaces the usability, luxury, driving characteristics and family accessibly of the high-end big engine R's, which are quickly becoming extinct. The only downside is the maintenance, but that's somewhat factored into the purchase price, in my opinion. Thanks again!

Might I ask, which dealer did you get it looked at- Mercedes-Benz Lynwood?
Can't wait to see photos of it once it arrives safely.
I second the congrats on your purchase! It seems like you really got a great one in that R63 - a one owner with an extra rare color combo. I wonder if that is the only Alpine Rain R63 ever sold in the U.S. I even thought briefly about buying that one myself - I would have saved big time over the GL63 I have on order and accomplished the same goal of having a super fun three row people mover - but unfortunately I know my wife would have nixed that idea. I love it though.
If I ever see that car down in Chicago, I will know exactly whose it is. BTW, you have a really neat (and eclectic) collection of cars in your signature line.
You definitely have to post some pictures when your car arrives!!
Kind regards
