Is it C140 or W140?

fan-galerie.de says C140, like all MB coupes - C215, C209 etc

anybody knows RELIABLE source to this?

sorry, dont know where i remember seeing or hearing it but im pretty sure it is C140 and not W140 for the coupe. ill look around and see if i can find something

W140 coupes are coded "C140"....

I think the only exceptions are the CL203 chassis C-Coupe and the BR463 chassis G-Class.
