hi first post so here goes.Changing oil filter on above.slackened bolt on filter housing ,but the cover won't go past the head/rocker cover/inner wing tried to remove bolt completely but their seems to be a shoulder on it stopping complete removal.Any help appreciated

I had the same problem until i replaced the engine mounts, that bolt will not come out completely, you need to move the engine half a inch towards the driver side fender, try with one of those big long screw driver and place a piece of cloth or something to prevent the scractch on the frame.
