Has anyone found a digital or gsm phone that will wire into or adapt to the harness of the 140 coupe's armrest (where the old phone was ) so you can use the existing microphone,etc. without tearing up the car to run all new wiring??????

No, you need a new GSM antenna anyway. The old big antenna on the Benz is anolog so it wouldn't work with the GSM phone. I switched the whole thing and using a Nokia 6310i with the Alpine system. Or you could have SteveNL to put a Command into your car and change all the wires to fiber optic. But if your car came with fiber optic as the 98 or 99, then you'd need to replace the PSE, I think.
