3k mile S Coupe Edition 1
Now, my collection is complete. I now have 2014 Designo CLS550 with a tune, a 2014 Designo CL600 with a tune (1 of 1 of 55 built from 11-14) and now my 2015 Designo Edition 1. I'm a very happy camper!
Question: Has anyone found the leather on the center arm rest to be coming unglued from the console lid?
Has anyone done a tune yet? if so by whom and how much?
Has anyone done a VIM and if so how hard is it to do yourself.

I had a choice of 8 here in Beverly Hills. It just so happened that I was able to wrangle them to a better price thank the higher miles cars. Thanks I hope I will enjoy it.

Me too- I had 21k and it was in pretty much perfect condition- 3k miles WOW! Love your car- mine is identical- the S550 Edition 1 is so beautiful- I am not sure they can improve on it
For me my ONLY complaint is the infotainment system is a bit outdated. They seem to have corrected all of it with the 18-19 models but unless you order the car as equipped like our Edition 1 you won't ever have a more perfect car. To me the color and the interiors are perfection. It's not as fine as my 2014 CL600 by any means but it is younger and more technologically advanced. I've had mine tuned and it's now a beast and I've removed the 4 Matic badging on the trunk and added the much deserved V8 Biturbo badges on the fenders, as that is what it is. I did leave the Edition 1 badge because I'm proud of It. Can you look at my other post and tell me about your easy entry set up?

I put the chrome side rocker 'rails' on, that are standard on S63, I think it looks better and matches the front chrome better. And bra on front bumper and hood.
i was thinking about it as well but I'm thinking I like the non amg body cladding. I might change the lower door body skirt and put the chrome from front fender to rear bumper, that follow the body line
Mine were on my Edition 1 but I think the 63 comes with brushed nickel and the chrome is on the 65. The Edition 1 comes dressed like a 65 with the special headlamps that come on the 65 only.

the side sill are available, painted, chrome or CF from dealer
they snap and tape on, basic but hard to cut tape off
63 come with chrome, or CF if you got the pkg. 550 comes painted
63 is brushed nickel, 65 is chrome,550 are painted. They may have changed the brushed to chrome in the last revisions. As for the headlamps, they are an expensive option on all models and standard on Edition 1’s and 65 series.
