2015 S63 amg command update in Middle East

Hi there,
I have 2015 S63 amg coupe. The car was imported from Germany. I live in Saudi Arabia and the navigation system doesn't work here.

where can I get the 2019/2020 Command and Nav update for the Middle East? and is it possible to do it by myself?
