I've tried pulling it out from here but there are more clips attaching it to the grill. These seem like the same ones I already undid from the bottom but they wont budge.

as far as I know the whole thing pulls out like the bottom they have the same clips all around. these are common clipe all over the body parts. The best way is to rip the part off in one hard pull. or you can play around with it and push them out from the back side with aq screw drivers

Cost big bucks at Park Place Bodywerks in Ft Worth to fix and replace the front distronic sensors.
