phone uses 2 bluetooths at same time. fix below. iPhone settings: Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch -> Call Audio Routing -> And choose Bluetooth Headset here. This will help with the phone calls going through the MB Bluetooth, not through Carplay.
on the steering wheel cluster it reacts to the return button which is dedicated to the dash not infotainment
many times i need to open spotify close it and reopen it for the music to play through.
some videos wont play audio through the setup.
ive had it since September and sometimes i need to either hard plug and or reset the link. have done it 3 times so far
most of the time it works as you would want it. and i am happy

Hey, if you are routing the sound through MB bluetooth, are you able to hear google map navigation voice? the issue of using the GTACarkit bluetooth is that it drops the sound quality specially if listening to flac music. I always uses MB bluetooth for music/call but not able to play video as you mentioned and unable to hear google map navigation voice unless I use GTACarkit bluetooth.
