The driver-side seat won't move forward when unlatching the handle to get to the rear seats. However, all the seat functions and memories work when using the buttons on the door. On the other hand, the passenger side is working as it should.

Try normalizing. Move the seat all the way to the rear, then all the way to the front, twice. Then move the seat to regular position (memory button if set). Then try handle on the side of the seat everything should work.

Try pulling f305 (30A) for several minutes in an attempt to reset driver seat CU. If this fails may need to have someone with Xentry (MB diagnostics) reinitialize.

Do you think pulling f305 would also reset the seat so it moves during the entry/exit process. Neither my steering wheel nor the seat slide back upon entry. I have it properly set in COMAND in the seat secton.

2016 MBUSA OM only steering wheel moves seat feature was discontinued.

i am also having the same problem on my w204 c63!! Let me know if you find a resolution please

I finally got it fixed! I brought it to Benztec in Bellflower, they reset the seats using a tool and it fixed it. I highly recommend them!
