Hi all. I have a 2015 S550 Coupe. Awesome car. It was not originally fitted with a heated windscreen. However, the windscreen was just replaced and the replacement has the heating elements throughout.
Can I make this new heated windscreen functional?. I have to think the biggest cost to do so is the windscreen. Any thoughts on what would be required? Thanks in advance.

All I know is that it comes on automatically with the front windshield defrost button. Don know how its interfaced or if there is additional control wires or module involved

I live in fla but I go to NC in the winter, and most of the time its freezing. So I just need the warmth and comfort, and heat windshield for those vacations.
