2021-era S coupes: chip shortage deletes shown on build sheet?

Question in title. In the thick of the chip shortage, I recall there being some limited vehicles with partial Driver Assistance Package functionality and/or no HUD or wireless charging available.

Am considering a CPO 2021 S63 coupe with a delivery date, per mb.vin, of June 2020. I don't recall there being much of a shortage until later in that year, and neither the build summary provided me by the dealership nor the mb.vin report mentions any deletes.

I've asked the dealer to confirm, but such things would show in one of those two places, right?

Yes, it should be on there if you know the option codes or can deduce it from the description. If you are in the USA, it is also listed on the Monroney Sticker along with the credit towards the MSRP for the missing option.
