'79 w116 450sel cold start high idle missing...
Hello! Perhaps someout out there can help...recently adjusted the timing on my '79 w116 450sel EURO model car, and for some reason the high idle does not work now. I have checked all the vacuum lines, etc. and everything seems to be in order. Car runs great, just does not have it's high idle as it should for cold start situations. Any thoughts?

Could you elaborate on the problem? Is the timing advanced, retarded, or set to factory spec. Also, what grade of fuel are you using? Have you checked the rest of the injection and ignition system?
