500SE 1980 progress
Hey guys!!! the mechanic called me today told me to go over to look at engine bay ( i told him t o call me when old motor is off so i can go check engine bay andclean it a bit and look for some details i need to fix) lol phew!
things i got !
wood trim!
power locks vacccum
headlights frame painted !
hood pad (from MB)
new tires
new antena
new alternator
new gaskets on engine ! (all of them are new )
new header gaskets
new tranny bushings
new ac compressor
new motor mounts
new ball joints
new battery
new speakers
used power steering pump
used engine
AMSoil synthetic oil euro oil 15w-40
things still that i need:
radio fader switch
cosmetic part for driver side door
fix little dent on passanger side
amg rims !
go to TJ to get a new interior job ? lol ! maybe im not sure yet!
european headlight wipers (mine broken when ermmm )
iv come along way ! ill post pics when the car is done hehehe
any things i should get ?? the person that imported the car here to the US changed the euro bumpers to us version soo im also thinking of changing that
any other suggestions i should take care of before i have to go through the trouble ?? how about changing the fluids for the diiferential.....
any of you guys have some spear parts that you guys can sell me ? ghmm i might be interested

Great progress man!! Keep it up. Lots of money you're digging into that Benz. It's worth it though.
The Amsoil you purchased is perhaps the best motor oil decision you could ever make. I didn't really know how good this stuff was until my latest oil analysis revealed that even after 6,000 miles there is virtually no wear on the engine. Amsoil is just incredible!
Anyway, the transmission in my Euro 500SEL just crapped out and I'll be parting the sucka out. Send me a e-mail with all that you need and let's do some business. Do you still need that blower motor? Well, just send me an e-mail. In case you already lost it, my address is braverichard @ hotmail . com

Congratulations on getting setup as a seller on eBay. Since you're a beginner, I'll offer you this useful advice: always proof read your auction listing and avoid spelling/grammar errors. You have a bunch of such errors on your listing right now and people like me don't take a seller who can't even bother to avoid such errors seriously.

im sitll interested in buying some stuff from you, let me get my car back so i can look at the stuff that i need to replace or get and ill give you the list of stuff that ima need. I should get my car back this friday....i hope at least thats what the mechanic said.
