how to run cables through W126 firewall and trunk

Hey folks,

I have my driver's seat out right now and I plan on installing a sound system soon so I was thinking of running some wires (RCA, speaker, power) right now while the interior is apart to save myself some future headache

Does anyone know the easiest way to run power wires though the firewall?
I am planning on running 3; 2 8 guage for amps and one 16 guage for eq and any other smallish accessories.

Also, how do I get wires into the trunk? Do I remove the back seat? If so how?

Thanks in advance, and sorry if this has been covered, I looked but didnt see these specifics addressed.

Quite a few:)
I'd recommend running 1 0 gauge and distributing your power from there.

There is a grommet behind the battery that will do Fine.

Yes, remove the seats.. Head over to benz world and run a search, you'll find LOTS of info!
