This will depend on the way it has been driven & the service it have received. Also the climatic condition.
I overhauled mine at 250 000 km. Lots of high speed high-way and rapid accelerations. I will consider that very good, taking the hard use it have received.
Started to use a lot of oil.
Main reason was valve guides & worn piston ring grooves.
200 000 miles are approx 300 000 km, so you might need a engine overhaul soon.
You might also get a lot of answers claiming more than a mill miles, however, that might only be the very lucky & careful ones.
As for the price, not a clue about US value.
