Gentlemen,
I have a 1990 w126. The control valve for the s/level rear suspension is quite stiff to manually operate (with link removed of course) when I am trying to reset the level of the car (engine at 3,000rpm etc) it also has a lot of free play, so that the proceedure of using a 5mm rod to locate the neutral position is of no use.Does this valve need a reconditioning kit or is this "normal". Also my manual says to load the trunk with 40Kg plus a 80Kg passenger, whereas a previously posted thread quoted a trunk load of 120Kg! Which is correct?
Thanks for any help.
