Tranny Question (clunk)

My 300 SEL 103 motor (inline 6) tranny seems to work fine it just clunks when I sit at a light waiting for a train and go from N to drive....Is it gonna blow scotty, he asks in his best captain Kirk voice? I have read all the available posts on adjustments ect...but nothing like this, Oh yea it does have hose leakage on the tranny cooler but not much....

my trans cooler flexible hoses have leaked since i dont know when, i would not worry about that. unless there is enough to puddle on the floor? 99% of the time, driveline noises are the flex disks. the center u-joint can wear (mine has slight slop) and the requisite support bearings have a tendency to fail occasionally.
