Bought this very nice car from Texas 3 years ago. Dark blue with gray leather interior, German-made. Son drove it for the past 2 years. It needs restored. The back seats are fine, the front passenger is fine, the driver's seat always had the feel that the original owner weighed alot, if you get my drift. Not much wrong with her, I will send a list if you're interested. It's definitely NOT a junker.
It could be a beautiful car. Has a lovely ride, like a big ole boat. Handles wonderfully and can turn on a dime.
I have to get Jon another car for college.
If you're interested let me know and I'll send pix. I'd sell her for $2K, as is or best offer, as I have no idea what she's worth. A friend restored an 83 Mercedes roadster down in Florida and it's now worth something like $13K, so I thought perhaps someone might wish to do the same with this car. If I didn't have 3 teenagers I might, but I have to sell Birgit (that's her name, hehe) to put money down on something else, and before Jon drives this sweetheart into the ground!
