Those guys only made manuals for cars that were high volume and that many people actually worked on. Your sec does not fall into that category. They did have manuals for the 190. Good news is that you can buy the factory service manuals on cd for ~50. I bought them for my 380se. It was my first experience with a factory manual, I have used haynes for years. They are better and worse. Some of the functional explanations are vastly superior, then the step by step guides leave a lot to be desired, but then they were written for certified mechanics who had training.

It includes the following: 380SE 84-85, 380SEL 81-83, 380SEC 82-83, 420SEL 86-91, 500SEL 84-85, 500SEC 84-85, 560SEL 86-91 AND 560SEC 86-91. Thousands of pages with pictures and drawings. It covers the entire body, cooling system, engine, suspension, brakes, air conditioning and electical systems.If you run MS XP and Netscape it will run automatically with Acrobat reader (free on the internet), it will also run on Internet Explorer with a few extra steps. if you do not run XP and Netscape or Internet Explorer you will need Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. adsit.com sells the MB OEM CD's that have all the manuals including owners on them. $110. If you need something in particular PM me and I'll send you the pages. They are all .PDF files.
